Composer, Arranger, Songwriter & Conductor

Peter has been commissioned by Black Voices and the CBSO, where he orchestrated a hymn that was performed using a community choir, four piece band and the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, at Symphony Hall.

At the Birmingham Conservatoire, now called Birmingham City University, Peter received paramount musical training, under the supervision of Professor Andrew Downes and Dr. Mark Lockett.

Peter's work includes arrangements for voices, strings, big bands and orchestra. There are various projects in and around the community that he is involved in, which include singing, music and teaching.

Peter produced a soundtrack for What Black Women Want. It is a theatre production as well as an independent film written by Yaw Asiyama. It will be released autumn/fall 2009.

He has currently been commissioned by the London Arts Council to arrange a reggae suite for Black Voices, a 5 piece a capella group.
